ADSL (Asymmetric Digital Subscriber Line) the next generation
modem-like technology that allows for the transmission of
voice, video and data over existing copper telephone lines
at megabit speeds. ADSL does not dial out to make a connection
the line is connected permanently for a fixed monthly fee
and no phone call charges.
ADSL delivers bandwidth speeds that can be up to 278 times
faster than a 28.8 Kbps modem, 143 times faster than 56Kbps
modem, 62 times faster than ISDN and up to 4 times faster
than a T1 connection.
ADSL is delivered by either a USB connection and modem for
stand-alone PC's or RJ45 10MB Ethernet and router for network
connectivity.

Fixed Rate Internet Access, charged at £19.99
a month. The difference between our and some more well known
dialup providers is that you are not running the same dialup
as the general public. Our dialup is for business users only,
which ensure a faster connection. This is a true 24/7 flat rate
deal and with a 10:1 contention ratio, which makes our offering
higher quality than many other FRIACO services.
The FRIACO Dailup is an ideal product for the medium business
user, who might need to be online for several hours per day.
For standard customers, 0845 is still good value for money as
the average user logs on for 11 minutes per day.
- 0845 Local Rate Dialup
A local rate dialup account is ideal for light users, who only
connect to check their email perhaps once or twice a day. Again
this type of dialup is for business users only.
